About Shelby Wellbeing | Built With Schools and Families | NSW
See how 20+ years of education and wellbeing experience, plus school, family and provider input, are shaping Shelby Wellbeing across Australia.
Shelby Wellbeing combines more than 20 years of education and wellbeing experience with input from schools, teachers, children, families, providers and program creators. Beginning in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, it helps Australian schools clarify needs, compare suitable support and improve implementation without collecting identifiable student wellbeing data.
The problem Shelby is addressing
Schools face a crowded landscape of programs, mixed evidence, limited implementation time and fragmented provider information. A directory alone does not resolve those decisions.
The opportunity
Starting with the school’s context can create a clearer brief, a more explainable shortlist and a safer handoff into existing governance and procurement.

Frequently asked questions
Is Shelby Wellbeing the same as Shelby Yoga?
No. Shelby Yoga is a specialist yoga and movement service. Shelby Wellbeing is a broader implementation and intelligence platform for multiple programs, providers, practitioners and wellbeing approaches.
Who founded Shelby Wellbeing?
Shelby Wellbeing is being developed by Shelby with educator and wellbeing practitioner Heidi Nader as co-founder, combining platform capability with more than 20 years of practical education and wellbeing experience.
How have Heidi’s programs been developed?
They have evolved through direct work and feedback involving schools, teachers, children, parents, families, providers, program creators and industry participants, with programs tested, adapted and improved over time.
Is Shelby Wellbeing already a national marketplace?
Not yet. The first stage is research, co-design and a Northern Beaches pilot. Broader matching and publication will expand only as the model is validated.
Does Shelby collect individual student wellbeing information?
No. The initial School Wellbeing Gap Finder uses organisation-level needs and implementation information and does not request identifiable student health information.
