Can this support PE, Sport or PDHPE?
Yes. The program is designed to support movement, physical activity and practical wellbeing outcomes. Schools should always map the program to their own curriculum planning, but the structure is designed to sit naturally inside PE/Sport, PDHPE, wellbeing blocks, incursions and classroom reset routines.
How long is each session?
Standard student sessions run for 45 minutes. Teacher workshops and workplace sessions can be delivered as 45-minute sessions or extended workshops depending on the school timetable.

Shelby Yoga delivers in-person school and workplace sessions across Sydney, including the Lower North Shore, North Sydney and the Northern Beaches, with travel to Greater Sydney by arrangement and live online delivery for regional NSW and interstate schools.
Travel time is the hidden cost in school wellbeing programs. An instructor who has to cross Sydney between two schools can only deliver two sessions a day, and that cost ends up inside the quote whether it is itemised or not.
We schedule by corridor instead. Lower North Shore, North Sydney and Northern Beaches schools are clustered so instructors deliver three or four sessions in a morning, which is why per-student pricing in those areas is our most competitive. Schools outside those corridors are still very welcome, we quote travel transparently rather than folding it into a higher session rate.
For schools in regional New South Wales, live online delivery removes the travel question entirely. A live-streamed session runs the same sequence with the classroom teacher present, and works well for a whole-of-school Friday reset. Pre-recorded packs cover schools with unreliable connectivity.
If your school sits outside the areas listed here, ask anyway. Term-length blocks with three or more classes usually make travel viable to most of Greater Sydney and the Central Coast.

Which Sydney areas do you cover most regularly?
The Lower North Shore, North Sydney and the Northern Beaches have weekly instructor availability. Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Hills District schools are covered subject to scheduling.
Do you charge for travel?
Not inside our core corridors. Outside them, travel is quoted separately and shown as a line item so you can see exactly what it adds per session.
Can regional NSW schools access the same programs?
Yes, through live online delivery. The structure, outcome mapping and teacher resources are identical; the instructor joins by video and the classroom teacher supervises in the room.
Do you deliver interstate?
Online, yes. In person, we take enquiries for multi-day interstate blocks where several schools in one area book together, which makes the travel viable.
How far ahead should we book?
Term blocks are usually filled four to six weeks out. Term 1 and Term 4 book earliest because of swimming and carnival timetables, so give yourself a term's lead time where you can.
