Students do not only learn about wellbeing. They practise tools they can use before learning, after lunch, during transitions and in everyday school life.

Frequently asked questions

Can this support PE, Sport or PDHPE?

Yes. The program is designed to support movement, physical activity and practical wellbeing outcomes. Schools should always map the program to their own curriculum planning, but the structure is designed to sit naturally inside PE/Sport, PDHPE, wellbeing blocks, incursions and classroom reset routines.

How long is each session?

Standard student sessions run for 45 minutes. Teacher workshops and workplace sessions can be delivered as 45-minute sessions or extended workshops depending on the school timetable.

How many students can attend?

Student sessions are designed for up to 30 students per group. Larger groups, year-level rotations and special events can be quoted separately.

Do you bring equipment?

Yes. Yoga mats and basic session equipment can be supplied where required. Schools should provide a clean hall, studio, classroom, covered area or other suitable open space.
