Inclusive delivery

Sessions can be adapted for different confidence levels, sensory preferences, mobility, learning needs and school support requirements.

Adaptation examples

Predictable routines, clear instructions, visual cues, opt-in participation, chair or wall options, low-sensory alternatives, reduced touch and teacher collaboration.

School planning

Ask schools to share accessibility, behavioural, medical or sensory considerations before delivery so sessions can be planned appropriately.

Frequently asked questions

Can this support PE, Sport or PDHPE?

Yes. The program is designed to support movement, physical activity and practical wellbeing outcomes. Schools should always map the program to their own curriculum planning, but the structure is designed to sit naturally inside PE/Sport, PDHPE, wellbeing blocks, incursions and classroom reset routines.

How long is each session?

Standard student sessions run for 45 minutes. Teacher workshops and workplace sessions can be delivered as 45-minute sessions or extended workshops depending on the school timetable.

Do kids need yoga experience?

No. Sessions are beginner-friendly and can be adapted for age, confidence, mobility and sensory needs.
