Send an enquiry with your school or organisation name, the year levels or team involved, roughly how many participants, and the term you're aiming for. You'll get a written quote with per-student pricing and an outcome map within two business days, and no session is confirmed until you approve it.
The slowest part of booking a wellbeing program is usually not the provider, it is the three rounds of email needed to work out what is actually being asked for.
So this is what we need up front: who the sessions are for, how many participants, where you are, and when. With those four things we can send real pricing rather than a range. Everything else, mats, timing within the day, whether parents are invited, can be settled afterwards without changing the quote much.
What happens next is deliberately simple. We send a written quote with per-student pricing, the outcome map for the relevant stages, and instructor availability for your preferred term. If it works, you approve it and we lock the dates. If your budget cycle means you need the quote now and the decision in November, say so, we will hold pricing for the term.
For urgent questions during a term, phone contact is faster than the form. For anything involving procurement paperwork, email gives us a record we can attach to the quote.

How quickly will I get a response?
Within two business days for a written quote. Simple availability questions are usually answered same day during term.
Do I need approval from my executive before enquiring?
No. Most enquiries come from a PDHPE coordinator or wellbeing lead who needs a written quote to take to the executive. That's exactly what we send.
Can we run a taster session first?
Yes. Schools can book a free teacher taster so staff experience the format before committing to a student block.
Is pricing per student or per session?
Per student, with tiers by program length. That means a class of 22 and a class of 30 aren't charged the same, which is fairer for smaller cohorts.
What if we need to reschedule?
Dates can be moved with a week's notice at no cost, carnivals and excursions move constantly and we plan for it. Same-week cancellations may be charged if the instructor can't be redeployed.
